The Delhi Government has launched the Pink Saheli Smart Card to give women, students, and transgender residents free and unlimited travel on DTC and Cluster buses.
The card was officially launched on 2nd March 2026. Women can continue using the old pink paper tickets until they receive their new smart card.
The Pink Saheli Smart Card is a digital National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). It replaces the old paper tickets with a smart card that has your photo and a QR code. This makes travel faster, safer, and more convenient. The card can also be recharged and used for Delhi Metro travel.
