Bomb scare in Delhi: Bomb threat emails sent to nine schools across Delhi on Monday morning led to a major emergency response, causing panic and disruption. This is the latest in a series of similar incidents that have affected schools in major Indian cities.

Several well-known schools in different parts of the city received the threats between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. Delhi Police were immediately informed, and fire services along with bomb disposal teams were immediately deployed

As a safety step, students and staff were quickly evacuated, and thorough searches of the school buildings were carried out. Police said checks were ongoing and urged people to stay calm. Investigations have begun to find out who made the threatening calls.
