Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to kickstart the poll campaign for the upcoming Uttarakhand assembly elections by addressing a rally in Dehradun.
The Prime Minister will reach Dehradun’s Parade Ground, the rally venue at 12.30 p.m., Pradesh BJP general secretary Kuldip Kumar said.
Soon after his arrival, he will inaugurate seven developmental projects and lay foundation stones of 11 others, all totalling worth over ₹18,000 crore after which he will start his address around 1 p.m..

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
