Wrong dates in vaccine certificates a concern

With COVID-19 vaccination picking up in the State, technical glitches and errors in data entry have been reported. While some who were vaccinated faced a delay in getting the vaccination certificate, many others were left in a fix after they received certificates with the wrong dates of them getting the shots.
After a slow start, vaccination coverage has increased in the State, especially after it was opened up for senior citizens and persons aged 45 to 59 years with co-morbidities on March 1. However, a few glitches have cropped up. While some residents in the city complained that there was a delay in getting the vaccination certificate, a number of others were surprised to find the date of vaccination wrong in their certificates.More Related News

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
