The RR Nagar MLA has been accused of hurling casteist abuses, rape, voyerism and attempting to spread dangerous disease.
The SIT chargesheet, apart from Muniratna, has also charged Ayyanna Reddy, inspector from the Hebbagodi station, and Munirathna ‘s two associates, P. Srinivas and Sudhakar, detailing their roles.
The SIT was formed in September 2024 after the allegations against the MLA were made public by the victims.
Sources said that the chargesheet contains reports, statements and other evidence.
