The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) on September 29 told the Supreme Court that it has prepared a report on irregularities in Unitech Ltd. and has found some of its properties.

A Bench of justices D.Y. Chandrachud, Vikram Nath and B.V. Nagarathna told Additional Solicitor General Madhavi Divan, appearing for the SFIO that though it was scheduled to sit on Thursday but due to some problem, the Special Bench will sit on next Wednesday.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
