The mortal remains of the nationals on January 17 will reach Punjab on January 21, India’s Ambassador in the U.A.E. has said.
On January 17, two Indians and a Pakistani national, all staff of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), were killed and six others injured in the suspected drone attacks near the Abu Dhabi airport that sparked multiple explosions in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The attacks were claimed by Yemen's Houthi rebels.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday said that on the lines of the farmers’ protest that compelled the Centre to withdraw farm laws, a protest would be launched with like-minded political parties and organisations representing the poor to demand repeal of the new Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) and restoration of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Act (MGNREGA).
