Microsoft on Tuesday agreed to buy troubled video game company Activision Blizzard in an all-cash deal valued at nearly $70 billion. The deal, if completed, would be CEO Satya Nadella’s biggest ever acquisition since he took the helm of the software company in 2014. It also marks a directional shift for the powerhouse in business computing and a rising videogames giant.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
