For a smooth transition from Telugu to English as a medium of instruction in the degree colleges in the State, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is publishing bilingual textbooks for the Under-Graduate programmes. “This is to create certain comfort for the students to understand the core concepts and enable them to switch to English medium totally in a course of time,” said K.
