Uday Krishna Reddy shares inspiring journey from Constable to likely IPS Officer at RC Reddy IAS Study Circle.
Uday Krishna Reddy, who recently achieved the All India 350 Rank in the Civil Services Exam, shared his inspiring journey from Constable to be a likely IPS Officer, at the RC Reddy IAS Study Circle.
Mr. Reddy, who hails from a small village in Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh, began his Civils preparation at RC Reddy Study Circle as a Group 2 Telugu medium student in 2015. He claims that the group 2 coaching he received was his strong foundation to achieve Civil Services.
Despite facing setbacks in his first attempt in 2019, where he narrowly missed qualifying by just 9 marks, he persevered to achieve his goal. He credited his grandmother, a humble vegetable seller, with instilling the importance of education.
Mr. Reddy offered words of encouragement to the youth asking the aspirants to remain resolute and focused. That is the only path to success. R.C. Reddy, Founder Director recalled how hard work coupled with focussed approach can help candidates realise their dreams.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
