Dutch watchdog fines Apple 5 mln euros for failure to comply on app store

Apple on Jan. 15 said it had complied with the December order from the Authority for Consumers and Markets - but the regulator said on Monday Apple had not.
Apple was fined 5 million euros ($5.65 million) by the Dutch antitrust regulator on Monday for failing to comply with in the Netherlands to use alternative payment methods.

from the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) - but the regulator said on Monday Apple had not.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
