The restrictions will be in place from May 4 to June 2, as per the notification, issued by Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty.
The police have prohibited flying of drones and similar aerial vehicles up to a radius of 100 metres around designated locations and on specified dates during the duration of the pageant.
The areas under restriction include Hitex in Madhapur on May 2, 24, 26 and 31; Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad from May 6 to 8; Gachibowli Indoor Stadium on May 10 and 17; Experium Eco Tour Park in Chilkoor on May 16; T-Hub at Gachibowli on May 20 and 21; Shilparamam on May 21; Shilpakalavedika on May 22 and Trident Hotel in Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, for the entire duration from May 2 to June 2.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
