Odisha recorded a sharp rise in COVID-19 infections with daily cases going up by 32.65% on Thursday. While 394 persons tested positive on Thursday, 297 did so on Wednesday. The western districts have reported a high number of positive cases. As per the official data, highest 70 cases were reported from Khordha district. It was followed by Kalahandi (43), Nuapada (40) and Bargarh (34).
