The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) launched faceless, contactless and online e-khata system on October 1.
This new system aims to rid of corruption and bureaucratic apathy. The initiative is led by BBMP Special Commissioner (Revenue) Munish Moudgil.
However, although property owners have started downloading draft and final e-khata, people still have many questions.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
