AYUSH Habba to feature short sessions on health management

The two-day ‘AYUSH Habba’, which will happen at TMA Pai International Convention Centre, will feature 20-minute sessions on different topics to teach people how to maintain their health, a team of doctors of AYUSH Habba Samithi said here on Tuesday.

AYUSH doctors and teachers will speak about topics like nutritional supplements, how to maintain mental health, overcoming depression, diabetes and its management, maintaining cardiac health, old-age problems and management, stress management, the role of yoga, food as medicine and other topics, said the doctors addressing the press persons. Additionally, experts will speak about the realities and myths of panchakarma treatments, naturopathy treatments, and how to manage sleep disorders.
The doctors said that there will be seven scientific sessions, free ‘nadi pareekshe’ will be done for about 2,000 people, and that the conference will feature the AYUSH Hackathon and Ideathon.
Doctors Ajay Bhat, Ajith Kamath, Ganesh Nayak, Padmashree Rao, Sandeep Bekal, Viraj Hegde, and Karthik Rai were present at the press conference.
