
AIMIM files complaint against former UP Shia Waqf Board Chairman Waseem Rizvi

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday urged the Hyderabad City Police to slap a case against former Uttar Pradesh Shia Waqf Board Chairman Waseem Rizvi for using ‘objectionable’ language against Prophet Muhammad in a book which Mr. Rizvi authored.
Mr. Owaisi met the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar with a delegation of AIMIM legislators, including Akbaruddin Owaisi, and submitted a representation.

Although students from Tamil Nadu remain the leading recipients of educational loans across India, there has been a significant decline in the number of active loans they hold. The number of active education loan accounts decreased from 27.4 lakh accounts to about 20.1 lakh in the period. The fall can be mostly attributed to the fall in Tamil Nadu’s numbers.
