The capital district recorded 2,468 more COVID-19 cases as the number of active cases rose to 13,765 on Saturday. As many as 2,236 people recovered from the illness during the last 24 hours. The test positivity rate stood at 16.83% when 14,661 people were subjected to tests. The source of infection was unknown in 161 cases. Fourteen health workers were among those who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
