The Children’s Movement for Civic Awareness (CMCA), supported by the GoZe Foundation, celebrated the 18th annual My City Traffic Police Day at the Traffic Police Park, St. Mark’s Road.
The event honoured Bengaluru’s traffic police for their tireless service in keeping the city safe and moving. Over 40 traffic police personnel and 60–70 students from 15 schools participated, with children expressing gratitude through handmade cards, flowers, songs, and poems.
Senior police officers, including Karthik Reddy and Anoop A. Shetty, praised the initiative for fostering civic responsibility and empathy among students. CMCA reaffirmed its commitment to civic education and community engagement.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
