Tamil Nadu groom’s friends get contract signed by bride before wedding. Here's what it says

Hariprasad, a professor in a private college in Theni, Tamil Nadu, got married to Pooja on Sunday. However, he had one condition. At the wedding, Hariprasad's friends brought along a Rs 20 stamp paper and urged Pooja to sign a contract before marrying him.

Pooja, who was surprised, couldn’t control her laughter as she read the text on the stamp paper. “I, Pooja, hereby allow Hariprasad to play cricket on Saturday and Sunday for the SuperStar Cricket team," it read. She signed it as Hariprasad's friends heaved a sigh of relief.

Hariprasad is an avid cricket player and is the captain of the Superstar Cricket team. To make sure that Hariprasad would not face any hindrances in playing cricket after marriage, his friends decided to go ahead with the quirky idea, to which Pooja also agreed.
