Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) of the United States, has warned that Russia, China, North Korea, and Pakistan currently pose the most significant nuclear threats to the United States, highlighting growing global security concerns.Speaking on the evolving threat landscape, Gabbard said that the U.S. intelligence community assesses a sharp rise in the number of missiles capable of striking the United States.
