A Shillong school choir's lively rendition of Legends by The Score has gone viral, with students blending instruments and vocals in a classroom performance that won hearts online.
A Shillong school’s choir had the internet harmonising with them after a video of their lively rendition of Legends by The Score went viral on social media.
The clip, shared on Instagram by the choir page of St Mary’s Higher Secondary School in Shillong, showed a group of students coming together to perform the track, blending a classroom setting with the energy of a full band performance.
In the video, the girls stood in small groups, dressed in their school uniforms as the song began. One student took position on the drums, while another handled the electric guitar. A pianist joined in, grounding the melody, as the rest of the group formed a choir around them.
The singers didn't appear stiff or rehearsed to perfection but instead, they moved slightly with the music, exchanging glances and smiles as they harmonised. Their voices layered over each other smoothly, building the song’s intensity while still keeping it light and expressive.

The escalation comes alongside Israeli claims of targeting top Iranian figures and Tehran's call for global condemnation of the US-Israeli attacks.

The UAE has faced the most intense barrage of Iranian attacks among the Gulf countries since the US-Israel war on Tehran began. Civilian and business infrastructure in Dubai and other hubs have been targeted. But why has the UAE been targeted more than its Gulf neighbours? Here's what's driving Iran's aggression against it.
