A viral video of a little girl insisting on getting a "Virat Kohli waala" jersey has caught Puma's attention, with the brand asking the internet to help find her and gift an official jersey.
A video of a little girl’s adorable insistence on getting a “Virat Kohli waala” jersey went viral on social media, and has now caught the attention of a major sports brand.
The clip, originally shared on X by a user, showed a wholesome moment at a sports clothing store, but it received more traction after the official account of Puma Cricket reposted it, asking the internet to help them find the girl so they could gift her an official #18 jersey.
In the video, the young girl was seen standing beside her guardian at a jersey store, barely reaching the counter as she looked up eagerly at the shopkeeper. The shelves behind were stacked with colourful jerseys, but she seemed to have only one thing in mind. Repeatedly, in her determined voice, she asked for the “Virat Kholi waala,” jersey, making it clear exactly which one she wanted.
Her excitement built as the purchase was made. The moment the jersey was handed to her, her face lit up instantly as she broke into a wide, unfiltered smile, clutching it tightly before holding it up with visible pride. There’s a brief pause where she just looked at it before her guardian helped her put it on.
Once she was wearing it, the energy shifted again. Now fully in character, she picked up an imaginary bat and began imitating Virat Kohli’s batting stance. The small performance got smiles from everyone around, the shopkeeper, her guardian, and others in the store who watched her with amusement as she swung confidently,
The repost by Puma Cricket, however, added another layer to the story. Resharing the video, they wrote in the caption: “Cutest video ever. Can anyone help us reach this little girl? We’ll send her an official #18 jersey. Internet, do your thing.”

After Pakistan signed the Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement with Saudi Arabia, it was obligated to help Riyadh amid Iranian drone and missile strikes in the Middle East. When Saudi Arabia needed military help and assurances, Pakistan carried out intensive bombing in Afghanistan to signal that it was already caught up in a war.

The US shared a video of strikes on Iran, with US Central Command saying its forces continue to "hunt and destroy" threats, as the conflict with Iran enters its third week. The escalation comes alongside Israeli claims of targeting top Iranian figures and Tehran's call for global condemnation of the US-Israeli attacks.

The UAE has faced the most intense barrage of Iranian attacks among the Gulf countries since the US-Israel war on Tehran began. Civilian and business infrastructure in Dubai and other hubs have been targeted. But why has the UAE been targeted more than its Gulf neighbours? Here's what's driving Iran's aggression against it.

Israel shared a photo of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordering strikes on Iran's leadership, even as authorities pushed back against viral but unverified claims about his death. The post comes amid escalating hostilities with Iran and a parallel information war marked by misinformation and official rebuttals.

Over the past week, social media has been abuzz with rumours claiming that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was killed in an Iranian missile strike. However, there remains no credible evidence. It coincided with his reported absence from cabinet meetings. However, Israel has released videos and images to assert that Netanyahu is alive.
