Heritage Foods ensures quality and empowers farmers, with 25 rigorous tests for every product, says Nara Bhuvaneswari.
Heritage Foods has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality products while supporting the farmers. Founded as a ₹4-crore enterprise 33 years ago, Heritage Foods has grown into a ₹4,000-crore institution, driven by a mission of producing safe and nutritious products and empowering dairy farmers.
In a release on Tuesday, Heritage Foods vice-chairperson and managing director Nara Bhuvaneswari said that every product, from milk and curd to ghee, paneer, and ice cream, undergoes 25 quality tests across five critical checkpoints, with hygiene and safety standards exceeding regulatory requirements.
Over 500 dedicated quality professionals ensure that each item reaching consumers’ homes reflects the company’s promise of trust and reliability.
Heritage Foods partners with nearly 3 lakh dairy farmers in nine States, following principles of prompt payment, transparent testing and measurement, and fair pricing.
Beyond financial support, the company invests in veterinary care, quality feed, training, digital tools, and risk protection to enhance farmer livelihoods and sustainability.
“Seeing is believing,” the company says, encouraging consumers to witness its processes, quality checks, and farmer collaborations firsthand.
