ऑल्ट न्यूज़ वेबसाइट के सह-संस्थापक मोहम्मद ज़ुबैर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ़्तार किया

ऑल्ट न्यूज़ के एक अन्य सह-संस्थापक प्रतीक सिन्हा ने कहा कि दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने मोहम्मद ज़ुबैर को 2020 में दर्ज एक मामले में पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था, लेकिन शाम को बताया गया कि उन्हें एक अन्य मामले में ​दर्ज एफ़आईआर के तहत गिरफ़्तार कर लिया गया है. सूत्रों ने बताया कि गिरफ़्तारी हिंदू धार्मिक भावनाओं को कथित रूप से आहत करने के मामले में हुई है.

नई दिल्ली: फैक्ट-चेक वेबसाइट ऑल्ट न्यूज़ (AltNews) के सह-संस्थापक मोहम्मद जुबैर को सोमवार को दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया. सूत्रों ने बताया कि गिरफ्तारी हिंदू धार्मिक भावनाओं को कथित रूप से आहत करने के मामले में हुई है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘आज पीएस-स्पेशल सेल में धारा 153ए/295ए आईपीसी के तहत दर्ज मामले की जांच के दौरान रिकॉर्ड पर पर्याप्त सबूत होने के बाद मोहम्मद जुबैर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. मामले की जांच के उद्देश्य से उन्हें और रिमांड पर लेने के लिए मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश किया जा रहा है.’
