A KFC employee and customer in Pakistan created a soulful duet of Aadat inside the outlet. The video went viral, and was praised by several social media users.
A casual visit to a KFC outlet in Pakistan turned into an unexpected musical moment after a customer and a staff member broke into a soulful rendition of singing Aadat by Atif Aslam, leaving social media users applauding the impromptu duet.
The video was shared on Instagram by Lahore-based content creator Malik Hammad, who captured the moment inside a local outlet of KFC.
In the clip, a KFC staff member can be seen holding a guitar and singing the popular track originally performed by Atif Aslam. His voice carries confidently across the restaurant, getting attention from customers seated nearby.
Released in 2005 as part of the album Jal Pari, “Aadat” became one of Atif Aslam’s breakthrough tracks and remains a defining anthem of mid-2000s South Asian pop-rock.
Its haunting melody, emotional lyrics about heartbreak and longing, and stripped-down acoustic vibe was loved by listeners across India and Pakistan, turning it into a timeless favourite that continues to be covered, streamed, and performed nearly two decades later.
Later in the video, what begins as a solo performance soon transforms into a duet. Hammad joins in, matching the melody and harmonising with the employee.

After a dismal performance in the recent Bangladesh election, Nahid Islam, NCP convenor and anti-Sheikh Hasina protest leader, has resorted to allegations as if to justify the party's poor show. Nahid claimed that the election results had been manipulated, and the victorious BNP colluded with India and Hasina's Awami League.
