Srisailam temple staff lead cleanliness drive in temple town as part of Swacch Srisailam initiative.
Srisailam temple employees and staff took up a cleanliness drive as part of Swacch Srisailam initiative in the temple town on Thursday.
The temple management had earlier announced to clean Srisailam town every Thursday to maintain cleanliness at the temple. The temple employees cleaned the area near Ghantamatam, Ambhi Theatre, tourist bus stand, old filter bed areas, and also removed the bushes grown there. Earlier, an awareness rally was taken out from Gangadhara Mandapam to Nandi temple to create awareness about cleanliness.
Temple executive officer M. Srinivasa Rao urged all the devotees and locals to cooperate with the management to maintain cleanliness at the temple.

The draft policy for “Responsible Digital Use Among Students”, released on Monday by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, has recommended that parents set structured routines with clear screen-time rules and prioritise privacy, safety, and open conversation with children on digital well-being.
