A video of a Vietnamese food blogger's reaction after eating idli and vada has gone viral online.
There is something about Indian food that makes it a favourite amongst a majority of the population all across the world. From the plethora of dishes available to the unique but delicious taste of each one, Indian cuisine can be counted among the top cuisines in the world. And well, we have proof too. A Vietnamese food blogger tried South Indian food for the first time and her reaction is just so relatable. And, the video has obviously gone viral.
The now-viral video was posted by a page called Food With Soy on Instagram. In the short clip, the food blogger can be seen eating popular South Indian dishes: idli and vada. She took a bite of the idli and dipped it in a coconut, mint and tamarind chutney and called it buttery and delicious. The blogger even tried sambhar and vada and could be seen loving every bite of it.
After gorging on the food, she also showed her almost clean plate at the end.
“Can someone teach me how to make idli at home? So many of you suggested I try idli and vada from South India and they were so good! I think the key is finding the right chutney & sambar to go with them. These are actually perfect if you’re vegetarian because there’s no meat used. Let me know what other dishes to try,” reads the caption of the post.
