A woman has been shamed by social media users after she made her young son urinate into a coconut shell inside a car and then threw it onto the street while the entire act was recorded by her husband.
The video was shared by the official X handle of the National Crime Investigation Bureau, which criticised the act and raised concerns over civic sense.
In the clip, recorded by the child’s father from the driver’s seat, the woman in the passenger seat is seen using a coconut shell as a makeshift toilet for the child before discarding it outside.
In its caption, the agency questioned the normalisation of such actions, adding that the incident was recorded and shared on social media “as if it were perfectly normal,” and asked what message such behaviour sends.
