Vicky Jain recalls Sushant Singh Rajput's death was 'tough' on Ankita Lokhande and his relationship

In Smart Jodi, Vicky Jain spoke about a tough test of his relationship with Ankita Lokhande. While speaking about it, Vicky also hinted at Sushant Singh Rajput's demise.
Television actress Ankita Lokhande made her first on-screen appearance with hubby Vicky Jain in Smart Jodi. The couple, who got married in December 2021, opened up about their relationship on the show, hosted by Maniesh Paul. While talking about a tough test of their relationship, Vicky Jain hinted at Ankita's ex-BF Sushant Singh Rajput's unfortunate demise and mentioned how it shook the entire nation.
On Smart Jodi, host Maniesh Paul played a video, in which Vicky Jain recalled a tough test of his relationship with Ankita Lokhande. Without taking Sushant Singh Rajput's name, Jain hinted at how the actor's untimely demise left the whole world in shock. SSR passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 34.
"Aisa turn aaya that left, not only us, but the whole world in shock. Whatever happened was shocking and sudden. No one is ever prepared to handle such a situation," said Vicky.
On the show, Ankita Lokhande revealed that initially she knew Vicky but they were not friends. However, she ended up calling Vicky during the worst phase of her life. And thereafter, they both started dating and were in a relationship for 3 years before they got married.
"One day, I don’t remember why, I called him up. I somehow just needed him. That was the beginning. We dated each other for three years. In this time, we have understood each other very well. It has been a good phase irrespective of all ups and downs. This man, I want to tell to everyone, not everyone has the capability to stand with his woman through such a difficult time. He was there throughout," said Ankita.
