Russia-Ukraine war news latest updates: Ukrainian refugees have been pouring in at the Polish-Ukrainian border. They have travelled on foot with their kids, pets and elderly family members to escape the Russian attacks going on throughout Ukraine.
Images of Ukrainian refugees arriving on foot at the Polish-Ukrainian border have been described as a sea of humanity by the border guards. No European country has received so many refugees in such a short period of time.
Fleeing Ukranians arrived at the Polish border, near the town of Rzeszów. Refugees were seen arriving on foot along with their children, pets and even elders in the family.

Apart from those attempting to cross over from Ukraine into Poland, relatives of people fighting in Ukraine were waiting anxiously to see if their family members had made it safely.
On Sunday, the 1 millionth refugee stepped across Ukrainian soil to enter Poland. Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, took to Twitter to share details and images of the solidarity shown by Polish citizens across the country.
