So, a video of a Canadian man’s disappointed reaction after seeing his favourite restaurant closed during a blizzard has gone viral online. The footage was captured on the restaurant’s CCTV camera and will hit you right in the feels.

The incident is from Ontario, Canada. In the now-viral video, the man can be seen walking towards his favourite Carribean restaurant, Niceys, in thigh-deep snow. He reached the gate and discovered that it was closed due to the storm. The man immediately fell onto his knees and looked deeply heartbroken. He threw his arms in the air in a helpless way and walked back.

The video was shared by Nicey’s from their Instagram page. They even offered a free meal to the man and called him a loyal customer.

“To our loyal customer, we don't know who you are but we will be looking out for you. We are terribly sorry the restaurant was closed. We feel your disappointment and hope to see you soon. Whatever you had on your mind to purchase today, that meal is on us,” reads the caption of the post.

After being posted online, the video garnered 36k views. Netizens totally related to the man’s disappointment and felt bad for him.
