The clip shared by the Police of the Slovak Republic goes on to show the two officers playing and running with the children who can’t seem to stop giggling.
With no sign of the retraction of Russian troops from Ukraine, the situation in the country has left people across the world horrified. Cities destroyed, children orphaned and refugees lining up at the border villages to start a life that is uncertain and unknown- the landscape of the once-prosperous Ukraine is now literally in ashes.
However, a sweet video shared by the official Facebook profile of the Police of the Slovak Republic, has brightened the grim atmosphere created by the disturbing visuals on social media platforms. The video shows two Slovak police officers making a couple of Ukrainian refugee kids laugh.
The clip goes on to show the two officers playing and running with the children who can’t seem to stop giggling.
“At the border, police officers, soldiers, firefighters and other responsible persons try to be very empathetic and make it more pleasant for children to wait in the winter and after a long and tiring journey. Such moments fill us with the hope that the war will end soon and humanity will win over evil,” read the caption.

The video has been viewed over 641k times. Netizens couldn’t stop praising the cops responsible for putting a smile on the children’s faces.
