Man climbs tree to rescue his pet cat in viral video. See what happened next

A man from Oklahoma climbed up the tree to rescue his cat who was stuck there. However, he wasn't prepared for what happened next.

A man’s love for his pet cat made him do something that only a few would dare to do. A pet cat climbed up high on a tree and was stuck there. The cat's owner was concerned for his safety and did what he thought was the best he could - climbed up the tree to save his beloved pet. Though he took the rash decision of climbing up the tree to save the animal, he had no backup plan to climb down the tree safely with his cat. The fire department had to be called to the spot to rescue the man and his pet feline. A video from the rescue mission was shared by Tulsa Fire Department on their Facebook page. In the 50-second-long video, firefighters can be seen rescuing the man and his pet cat using an aerial device. A firefighter, identified as Jayme Brooks, guided the man down the ladder. The cat was placed in a bag and brought down safely by the firefighter.
