It so happened that the little girl’s mother called her to the living room and presented a cardboard box to her, saying, “Do you want to open one of your birthday gifts early?” Excited, she said yes, and opened the box to find a puppy inside. The little girl was absolutely delighted as she exclaimed in joy and couldn’t believe her eyes. She took the puppy out of the box and carried her around the house, in sheer excitement.
