Well, the premiere date of Koffee With Karan Season 7 is finally here! Karan Johar dropped a special announcement video featuring throwback clips of Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra from the previous seasons.
It was on May 4, 2022, when Karan Johar shared an Instagram post that shattered many hearts. It was mentioned that Koffee With Karan will not be returning on TV. Little did fans notice that his note ended with three dots and the post was nothing but a prank! On the same day, Karan dropped another post where he mentioned that the show won’t return on TV but on OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. And now, we have an official update on the show’s premiere date and we can assure you it ain’t that far!

One of the most popular chat shows will yet again see the who’s who of tinsel town letting out juicy scoops about the industry, their life and, of course, other celebs. On Sunday, Karan Johar unveiled the show’s premiere date (July 7) with a video featuring stars from the previous seasons. The list includes Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and others.
Sharing the same, Karan wrote, “Guess who's back? And this time with some hot piping brew! #HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran S7 starts 7th July only on Disney+ Hotstar! (sic).”

Karan Johar shared a note on Instagram where he announced that Koffee With Karan will not return. His post could be read, "Hello, Koffee With Karan has been a part of my life, and yours, for 6 seasons now. I'd like to think we've made an impact and even found our place in pop culture history. And so, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that Koffee with Karan will not be returning (sic)." Hours later, he shared an official statement about the return of the chat show on Disney+ Hotstar.
