Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, like its predecessors, has made a good start on the ratings chart. It was the No 1 show of the week and host Rohit Shetty could not have been happier. The filmmaker took to social media to thank fans for their continuous love and support. Ranveer Singh, who worked with Shetty in Simmba, took to the comments section and called him 'ratings ka baap'.

Currently, Rohit Shetty, along with the contestants, is shooting for KKK 12 in Cape Town, South Africa. Contestants have been sharing regular updates from there on social media. As the show made a smashing debut on the ratings chart, Rohit took to his Instagram to share a small clip to thank the viewers. "With folded hands I want to thank my viewers for making Khatron Ke Khiladi the highest rated reality show ONCE AGAIN!!! @colorstv #khatronkekhiladi #kkk12 (sic)," read the caption.

Ranveer Singh took to the comments section of Rohit Shetty's post and wrote, "RATINGS KA BAAP (sic)," followed by a lit emoji.

Rajiv Adatia, a contestant of KKK 12, also shared a video on his Instagram with fellow contestants; Faisal Shaikh, Kanika Mann, Jannat Zubair, Nishant Bhat, and Rubina Dilaik. The video has these contestants thanking the viewers. He wrote, “Thank you guys for making KHATRO KE KHILADI the Number 1 reality show once again!!! KHATRON KE KHILADI (sic)."
