Yuvaan Hiremath adopts eight animals from Nehru Zoological Park for his eighth birthday
Yuvaan Hiremath, son of the director of Zoo Parks Sunil S. Hiremath adopted eight animals from the Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad for a period of one month, to mark his eighth birthday, as per a press note issued on Wednesday (June 12, 2025).
Yuvaan visited the Zoo along with his parents and presented the voucher of the amount paid to curator J. Vasantha, the note said.
The adopted animals include a hippopotamus, jaguar, bear, capuchin monkey, pelican, gharial, otter and an owl. This is the second consecutive time that Yuvaan Hiremath has come forward to adopt the animals on the occasion of his birthday, the note said.
