Body of missing person from Assam ferry mishap recovered

The body was found near the Umatumuni island by staff from the Kaziranga National Park.
The body of one of the two persons missing after a ferry mishap on September 8 was recovered downstream in the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve on Saturday. The staff of the tiger reserve found the body, identified as that of Indreswar Bora, near the Umatumuni island in the Brahmaputra river. The island falls in the Biswanath Range of the tiger reserve.More Related News
