Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro said he can see three alternatives for his future. Either he will be arrested, killed, or will be re-elected in 2022 presidential elections.
Brazilian far-right President Jair Bolsonaro on Saturday said he sees three alternatives for his future: winning the 2022 presidential elections, death or prison. "I have three alternatives for my future: being arrested, killed or victory," he said, in remarks to a meeting of evangelical leaders. Bolsonaro later added that the first option is out of question. "No man on Earth will threaten me."
After a dismal performance in the recent Bangladesh election, Nahid Islam, NCP convenor and anti-Sheikh Hasina protest leader, has resorted to allegations as if to justify the party's poor show. Nahid claimed that the election results had been manipulated, and the victorious BNP colluded with India and Hasina's Awami League.

Women are treated in the new penal code as being on the same level as "slaves", with provisions allowing either "slave masters" or husbands to administer discretionary punishment, including beatings, to their wives or subordinates. This aspect of the code has drawn particular alarm from rights groups.
