Allu Arjun will return as the lead in Pushpa 2. After Rashmika Mandanna revealed that she starts shooting for the film soon, we have an update on when the South superstar will join. As per sources, Allu Arjun will soon commence Pushpa 2 shoot. An insider says “Allu Arjun will start shooting for Pushpa 2 in the mid of October and his new look will be out soon. The star has been taking classes and has been preparing for Pushpa 2.” While an official statement on this is awaited from the makers, his new look from the film is expected to become a trendsetter yet again!
AT SIIMA 2022, Allu Arjun exclusively told IndiaToday.in about all the love that is still pouring in for his 2021 film, Pushpa. When asked if he expected so much love for the film, the South superstar said, “Not at all. It was absolutely surprising.” We also asked him if he took time to process the love and recognition he received for the film, Allu Arjun said, “Almost 20 years to get this love”, and laughed. The audience has high expectations from Pushpa 2. What did the actor say about it? “Will try to match the expectations”, he told us.
On August 22, Pushpa: The Rule was kicked off with a puja ceremony. At the Goodbye trailer launch on September 6, the actress was asked about working with two big A's (Amitabh Bachchan and Allu Arjun). Not only Rashmika did talk about it but also dropped a major Pushpa 2 update. She said, "I am living my dream because Allu Arjun Sir, I start Pushpa 2 with. We are starting in a couple of days. But right now, having this trailer out in front of the audience with Mr Bachchan Sir, what can I say yaar?"
