An Afghan political delegation were spotted at the state lounge at Islamabad International Airport in Pakistan on the day the Taliban entered Kabul.
Some key members of the political leadership of Afghanistan arrived in Pakistan for a conference on the future of their nation on Sunday. They were spotted at the state lounge at Islamabad International Airport. Their arrival coincided with the Taliban taking control over Afghanistan and President Ghani fleeing the country, extremely weakening the bargaining position of his supporters.
