
Workshop for women entrepreneurs on e-com held

Flipkart and WE Hub collaborate to empower women entrepreneurs with e-commerce insights and tools for business growth.
E-commerce marketplace Flipkart in collaboration with WE Hub, on Friday, June 13, 2025, organised a workshop for women entrepreneurs on the insights and tools required to scale business through e-commerce.
Women entrepreneurs from different parts of Telangana participated in the programme to gain an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape, product listing, logistics, pricing, seller protection fund and maximising business growth. WE Hub Associate Director Uha Sajja and Flipkart Group Head Public Policy Tafeem Siddiqui participated, the company said in a release.
WE Hub is a Telangana government initiative for women entrepreneurs. “The purpose of the workshop was to give WE-Hub entrepreneurs practical assistance in important areas like platform tools, pricing, and product listing. Our goal is to create an ecosystem that gives business owners, particularly MSMEs, women and rural entrepreneurs the tools they need to succeed in the e-commerce industry,” Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Flipkart Group Rajneesh Kumar said.
On Thursday, Flipkart had organised a workshop for MeeSeva representatives.

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
