Woman confesses to drowning her three kids ‘softly’ to protect them from abusive father

In a scathing admission of guilt, a woman from California in the US has admitted to drowning her three children. Liliana Carrillo (30) confessed to the murder of her son Terry and daughters Joanna and Sierra during a jailhouse interview. While Joanna was three-years-old, Terry was two and Sierra only six-months-old. They lived with Carrillo and their father, Erik Denton in an apartment in Reseda, Los Angeles. Last weekend, the dead bodies of her three children were recovered from the apartment. Police arrested Liliana on suspicion of murder hours later in Tulare County.
