Valimai box office collection Day 20: Ajith's film continues its glorious run worldwide

Ajith Kumar's Valimai shows no signs of slowing down in its fourth week. Many theatres across the globe have extended shows for the film as family audiences are thronging to watch the film. It looks like Valimai has worked despite mixed reviews from the critics. Directed by H Vinoth, Valimai is an high-octane action thriller with family sentiments.

Ajith Kumar's long-pending film, Valimai, went through multiple delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The film finally saw the light of the day on February 24 and has been setting the box office on fire, quite literally. Many theatres across the globe are willing to screen Valimai for the fourth week.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter to inform that Valimai will be screened in selected screens across Switzerland in the fourth week. He shared a poster of a theatre in Switzerland and wrote, "#Valimai 4th weekend showtimes in Switzerland (sic)."

Similarly, the Twitter handle of Vasu theatre reiterated that the theatre occupancy for Valimai has been outstanding. Their post read, "Outstanding occupancy for #Valimai in 3rd weekdays too ! Pure AK rampage! Full of family audiences! (sic)."

Valimai was announced in 2019 and it took almost two years for the team to wrap up the film. Produced by Boney Kapoor, the action thriller is helmed by director H Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame. Huma Qureshi, Kartikeya Gummakonda, Bani J, Raj Ayyappan and Sumithra play pivotal roles in this film.
