Rajasthan has reshuffled 65 IAS officers, including 25 district collectors. Tina Dabi moves to Tonk, Sandesh Nayak to Jaipur, with major changes in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and other districts.
Rajasthan has seen a major administrative reshuffle. The state government has transferred 65 IAS officers, including changes in 25 districts where the collectors have been replaced. Almost all officers in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat have been changed, except for the Principal Secretary. This move is being seen as a major strategic decision by the government.
IAS officer Tina Dabi has been transferred from Barmer to Tonk, which is the area represented by politician Sachin Pilot. Her sister, Ria Dabi, earlier serving as CEO of Udaipur Zila Parishad, has been appointed Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister. Jaipur’s collector Jitendra Soni has been made the Information and Public Relations Officer, while Sandesh Nayak has been appointed as the new collector of Jaipur.
Gaurav Agrawal has been posted to Udaipur and Nishant Jain to Bikaner. Akshay Godara has been given responsibility in Karauli, and Alok Ranjan in Jodhpur. Anupama Jorwal is now the collector of Jaisalmer, Chinmayi Gopal in Barmer, Shubham Choudhary in Pratapgarh, and Ashish Modi in Sikar. Ankit Kumar Singh goes to Falodi, Bal Mukund Asawa to Baran, Amit Yadav to Sri Ganganagar, Manju to Chittorgarh, Ravindra Goswami to Pali, Rohitashv Singh Tomar to Sirohi, Harphool Singh Yadav to Bundi, Avadhesh Meena to Didwana-Kuchaman, and Devendra Kumar to Nagaur.
