A restaurant in Dubai has gone viral after it launched a new dish called the 22-carat Gold Vada Pav.

O’Pao, a restaurant in Dubai, is trending on the internet after it announced a new dish called the 22-carat Gold Vada Pav on September 1 in a post on Instagram. On their page on the photo-sharing app, O’Pao shared a short clip of the dish with a caption that said, “We launched the world’s first 22 Karat O’Gold Vada Pao.” To prepare the Gold Vada Pav, the vada is filled with truffle butter and cheese. After preparing it, the vada was dipped in a batter that seemingly looked like liquid gold, and then fried in a pan of hot oil. The vada pav is served with sweet potato fries and mint lemonade in a fancy wooden box while the drink is served in a tall glass.
