Daniel Abrahams, the founder and CEO of a Sydney-based digital media agency, Hustlr, took to LinkedIn to share a post regarding the topic of calling one's company a family.

Sometimes it is quite hard for working professionals to draw a line between their personal and work lives. Those who hustle to achieve something larger than life often tend to make the office kind of their home and their colleagues their family. However, a post by Daniel Abrahams has sparked chatter regarding the topic of mixing home and office and it has prompted netizens to share varied opinions.

Abrahams, the founder and CEO of a Sydney-based digital media agency, Hustlr, took to LinkedIn to share a post regarding the topic. “Stop calling your company ‘a family’. Parents don't fire their children for poor performance, or lay them off to cut household costs when they're struggling to put food on the table. Focus on being a team, built on trust and respect, where every person feels valued. Ultimately, your company isn't defined by your words, but by your actions,” it read.
