A family in Tamil Nadu’s Theni district went a step ahead to show affection for their pet dog by conducting a baby shower for her. A picture that has now gone viral on social media features the dog surrounded by her family members and a red cloth draped around her. She also has a garland around her neck. The photo appears to be from a ritual that was conducted as a part of the dog’s baby shower.
Kumaresan is a resident of Uppukottai and has a son and a daughter for whom he got a puppy when they were young. However, as time passed by, they adopted more and more dogs and now they have a total of 10 doggos.
