SWR to run Sankranti special train from Bengaluru to Karwar

Train No 06598 Karwar to SMVT Bengaluru Special Express will leave Karwar on Saturday, January 11 at 12 noon, and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 4 A.M. the next day.
South Western Railway (SWR) will run special trains between SMVT Bengaluru and Karwar to accommodate the extra rush during the Sankranti festival (one trip in each direction).
Train No 06597 SMVT Bengaluru to Karwar Special Express will leave SMVT Bengaluru on Friday, January 10 at 1 P.M. and reach Karwar at 6.10 A.M. the next day.
Train No 06598 Karwar to SMVT Bengaluru Special Express will leave Karwar on Saturday, January 11 at 12 noon, and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 4 A.M. the next day.
These trains will stop at the following stations in both the directions:
These trains will comprise 7 sleeper coaches, 13 three-tier AC coaches and 2 luggage-cum-brake vans.
