Andhra Pradesh achieves 8.21% growth rate under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's leadership, transforming state's economy.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said the State registered a growth rate of 8.21%, the second highest in the country, for 2024–25.
In a post on X on Sunday (April 6, 2025), Mr. Naidu, referring to GoIStats, said that in less than a year of forming the Government, our policies moved Andhra Pradesh from a State of distress to a State of growth and renewed confidence.
“This progress has been driven by a broad-based revival across agriculture, manufacturing, and services, alongside significant investments in IT, electronics, automobiles, and renewable energy,” he said.
“I congratulate my people of Andhra Pradesh for this collective achievement. Let us continue to build a brighter future together,” he said.

The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday ordered the issue of a notice to the State government on a PIL petition, which had complained about disturbances caused to people residing in the localities around the National Public School situated in Rajajinagar 5th block due to use of loudspeakers with high volume in the school and parking of school buses in residential areas.
